One layer of floral  leaf embroidery in a cornflower blue silky thread on top of a navy blue tulle base. Another layer of plain soft buttery navy blue tulle.

Metallic silver elastic waistband which stretches for ease and comfort when twirling. If you prefer a gold metallic waistband please leave a comment at checkout.

Finished off with a navy blue tulle mini bow at the front.

Fully lined in cotton.
